Terms of service
The terms that apply to using this website and to work we carry out.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of hydrojettingpros.site and to drain and sewer cleaning services provided by Hydro Jetting Pros ("we", "us"). By using this website or booking work with us, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or book work.
2. What we provide
We provide drain and sewer line cleaning, including hydro jetting, mechanical clearing and camera inspection. Work is carried out by appropriately licensed contractors in the jurisdiction where the work is performed. Licensing requirements vary by state and municipality.
We are a cleaning and inspection service. We are not acting as your engineer, surveyor or insurance adjuster, and an inspection we carry out is not a certification of the condition of your plumbing system.
3. Information on this website
The guidance on this site is general information about how drains fail and how cleaning works. It is not advice about your specific property. No diagnosis can be made without inspecting the line, and nothing on this site should be relied on as a substitute for that inspection.
4. Quotes, estimates and pricing
Any figure given before we see the line is an estimate based on what you have described. Final pricing depends on the length and diameter of the pipe, the accessibility of a cleanout, the material actually in the line, site conditions and whether the work is scheduled or an out-of-hours emergency. If the job turns out to be materially different from what was described, we will tell you before continuing and you may decline to proceed.
Additional work — installing a cleanout, pulling a toilet for access, repairs — is quoted separately and only carried out with your authorisation.
5. Site access and conditions
You agree to provide safe access to the property and to the drainage access points, and to tell us about anything we need to know, including known pipe failures, previous repairs, non-standard materials, and the location of utilities, irrigation and septic components where you know them.
You are responsible for moving or protecting vehicles, stock, equipment and personal property in the work area before we arrive.
6. Pre-existing condition of your pipes
This clause matters, so please read it. Drain and sewer pipes degrade. Cast iron scales and thins from the inside, clay cracks and shifts, Orangeburg deforms, and joints separate as soil moves. A line that is already failing can fail further during cleaning, by any method, and that can happen without anyone being at fault.
We inspect before cleaning where access allows, specifically so that pressure and method can be matched to the pipe and so that an already-compromised line is identified first. Where we judge that a line cannot be cleaned safely, we will tell you and recommend a different course of action.
We are not responsible for the pre-existing condition of your plumbing, for damage that results from a latent defect, undisclosed prior repair or deterioration that was not reasonably detectable, or for consequences of your choosing to proceed after we have advised against it.
7. No guarantee of a particular outcome
We will carry out the work with reasonable skill and care. We cannot guarantee that a line will remain clear for any particular period, because that depends on why it clogged, the condition of the pipe, and how the system is used. Cleaning does not repair structural defects, and where the cause is structural the problem will return until it is repaired.
8. Emergency work
For emergency callouts the priority is stopping the backup and restoring flow. Inspection and full cleaning may follow as separate work. Out-of-hours work may be charged at a different rate, which we will tell you before attending.
9. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed different terms in writing. For scheduled commercial accounts, invoicing terms are as set out in the relevant agreement. Overdue amounts may incur interest and reasonable collection costs where permitted by law.
10. Cancellation and rescheduling
Tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. A callout fee may apply where a technician has already been dispatched or where access could not be obtained at the agreed time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the work or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, from inaccurate or incomplete information you gave us about the property, or from your failure to provide safe access.
13. Third-party contractors
Some work is performed by independent licensed contractors engaged by us. Where that is the case we remain your point of contact for the job.
14. Website use
You may not use this site to do anything unlawful, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or copy its content for republication. Content on this site is owned by Hydro Jetting Pros or used with permission.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Where work is performed in another state, the consumer protection laws of that state may also apply and nothing here is intended to displace rights you have under them.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most disputes can be settled with a phone call.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you book work, and the date above shows when it last changed.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
