Call information. If you call us, we hold your phone number and notes about the enquiry so we can schedule and follow up.
Technical information. Standard web server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers, bank details or government identification numbers through this website or by email.

If you give us your phone number so we can quote or schedule work, we will use it to contact you about that enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list for unrelated services, and we do not sell your contact details.

We share personal information only where it is necessary:

Contractors and technicians performing the work at your property, who need the address and the problem description.
Service providers that run parts of our operation — website hosting, form handling, email, scheduling and analytics — who may process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
