Storm Drain Cleaning in Amherst, Texas
Storm Drain Cleaning across Amherst, TX 79312. High-pressure water takes the pipe wall back to bare, and the second camera pass proves the line is clear.
Storm Drain Cleaning in Amherst
A blocked storm drain in Amherst always announces itself during the storm, which is the worst possible moment and the hardest time to get anyone out.
Unlike most of Texas, Amherst gets genuine freezes. Ground movement through a freeze-thaw cycle works joints loose on anything shallow.
We take storm drain cleaning calls across Amherst and out toward Lubbock, about 43.3 miles north-west.

Storm Drain Cleaning in Amherst — questions
Do you provide storm drain cleaning in Amherst?
Yes. Storm Drain Cleaning is available across Amherst and the surrounding Lamb County area, including addresses outside the built-up part of town. Call (833) 349-0333 and describe the problem and we will confirm what the job involves.
How much does storm drain cleaning cost in Amherst?
It depends on the length and diameter of the line, how accessible the cleanout is, what is actually in the pipe and whether the work is scheduled or an after-hours emergency. We will not quote a figure before seeing the line, because that would be a guess rather than a price.
Can you come out to Amherst the same day?
Often, yes. Jobs where waste is entering a building are treated as emergencies and take priority. We would rather tell you honestly on the phone than publish a response time we cannot keep.
Our car park floods every heavy rain. Is cleaning enough?
Sometimes. If the system is silted, clearing it restores the capacity it was designed for. If the site was under-drained from the start or a line has collapsed, cleaning will not be enough, and an inspection will tell you which situation you are in.
Is storm drain cleaning different from sewer cleaning?
Yes. Storm systems carry surface water and block with silt, sand, leaves and litter rather than grease and waste. They often need higher water volume to move compacted sediment, and the access points are catch basins rather than cleanouts.
Need storm drain cleaning in Amherst?
Tell us what the drain is doing and whereabouts in Amherst you are. We will tell you whether this is an emergency, a cleaning job, or something that needs a camera down the line first.
