Storm Drain Cleaning in Amarillo, Texas

Storm Drain Cleaning in Amarillo
Storm drainage on a Amarillo site is separate from the sanitary sewer and fails for completely different reasons - silt, leaves, litter and sediment rather than grease and waste.
Hard water across the South Plains scales drain lines steadily, and the build-up is easy to miss until a normal load backs the line up.
Amarillo is covered in full for storm drain cleaning, including addresses near Wonderland Park and the roads leading out of town.

Storm Drain Cleaning in Amarillo — questions
Is this safe for older pipework?
It is when the pressure is matched to the pipe. Thin or heavily scaled cast iron, old Orangeburg and already-cracked clay need a conservative approach or a different method. That is why we inspect before cleaning rather than after.
Will it fix the problem permanently?
That depends on why the line clogged. Cleaning removes what is in the pipe; it cannot repair a dropped joint, a collapsed section or a run that holds water. If the camera shows one of those we will tell you, even though cleaning is what we sell.
Do you work out of hours in Amarillo?
Yes, the line is answered around the clock. Commercial and kitchen work is often scheduled deliberately overnight or before opening so nothing has to close.
Who is responsible for the storm drains on our site?
Private drainage on private property is normally the owner's responsibility up to the municipal connection. Inlets on the public road are usually the city's. Site plans — or a camera inspection — settle it.
Our car park floods every heavy rain. Is cleaning enough?
Sometimes. If the system is silted, clearing it restores the capacity it was designed for. If the site was under-drained from the start or a line has collapsed, cleaning will not be enough, and an inspection will tell you which situation you are in.
